PANSYSTAR Pansyat emerdged from her den, ears pricked as she listened to the thundering of rain. She noticed the center of the MoonClan camp was really the only dry land in sight. Most of the water seemed to go as deep as her shoulder.
Whether she liked it or not, the newleaf rain was here. And it was time to leave.
Wet paws slopping against the stone as she ascended the leader's rock, Pansystar shook herself off before making her announcement. "MoonClan! Gather what you can. We've waited too long to move camps!"
Anxiety prickled beneath her pelt as she looked out at the flooded camp. Would all of the apprentices be okay? Even if most MoonClanners were keen swimmers, swimming in floodwaters was dangerous. What would the rest of the territory look like now? Would everyone make it okay? template created by sunni |

｡☆✼★━━━━ Foxlily ━━━━★✼☆｡ The rain certainly kept them on their toes, but Foxlily wasn’t sure she appreciated that right now as she scrambled to gather her things. Good thing she’d already wrapped up the medicines in advanced, but even now their mind raced as they tried to grab as many as possible. “Does anyone need help?,” she called through a mouthful of wrapped herbs as they poked their head out of the den, scanning the camp for cats that might be struggling. Dens seemed like death traps for drowning at the moment, prone to filling with water or being outright destroyed. She wouldn’t be taking that risk, escaping the den with a small leap so that she could make it a little further into the camp to get a better sense of her Clanmates’ well-beings. |

FOAMFUR ▶xx The deaf cat didn't need to hear the leader in order to noticed the soaked den he found himself in. The wetness caused him to rouse what denmates were still sleeping as he exited the den. Seeing Foxlily carrying herbs, the older tom rushed to her side to try helping her gather more. He didn't have the time right now to sign any of what he was doing or offering. He tried to be gentle with picking up an herb bundle; he hadn't had to do anything with herbs since he was an apprentice during another sudden flood season.

｡☆✼★━━━━ Foxlily ━━━━★✼☆｡ Foamfur’s mostly white pelt made him stick out, catching Foxlily’s eyes as he darted into the medicine den to rescue another bundle of herbs. They almost gave a sigh in relief - the more herbs they brought to the newleaf camp the better. Who knew what was usable near that camp right now, what with the change of seasons… (Thank you!), she signed out quickly. (Are you doing alright?) |

—"Mosspaw? Mosspaw! Webpaw! Pantherpaw! Rosepaw.. Wake up everyone!" she hissed hurriedly, nudging each of them as she waded through the water filling the den, her tail held high to keep it dry.
⬤ She saw Foxlily and Mosspaw's mentor, Foamfur, and mewed as she made her way to them. She looked at the herb bundles very obviously with wide eyes and a straight tail, to try to communicate to the deaf cat that she was trying to help, and then she mewed to Foxlily.
—"D-Do you need any help there?"
⬤ The small molly looked around as she spoke and waded towards the cats, already looking for somewhere else to go if she was rejected.

｡☆✼★━━━━ Foxlily ━━━━★✼☆｡ “Oh!,” the arrival of Mistypaw surprised her slightly, but it was a good thing. Everyone needed to be out of their dens and grabbing things. “Yes, that’d be very helpful, please! What about the other apprentices? Are they up?” Foxlily signed frantically as they spoke, hoping to keep Foamfur clued in on what was going on. They couldn’t afford for any cats to be out of the loop, confusion was the enemy in situations like these. She picked up the bundle of herbs that she’d dropped when Mistypaw arrived, doing a brief mental count of how many more they had. There weren’t too many, she’d spent the past few days taking care to bundle enough herbs in as few batches as possible. This time of year brought no rest for medicine cats. |

｡ₓ ू ₒ ु ˚ Lionshine ˚ ू ₒ ु ₓ｡ Seeing that a few other cats had rushed to help with saving their stash of medicine, Lionshine grabbed a mouthful of supplies for their dens and nests as he bounded over to Pansystar. “Is there anything else we need, besides gathering building supplies, medicine, and making sure the other cats are safe?” No matter how many times he had done this, he never quite felt like he was prepared for the trek to the newleaf camp. Plagued by the sense of having forgotten something or someone, or just by the notion that he couldn’t know enough to be properly prepared. He had been a Clan cat longer than he’d been a rogue, though, so he banished the thought from his mind. “I think I’m big enough and a strong enough swimmer to help any cats struggling,” he offered confidently. |

The tom had been asleep curled in his nest when suddenly he was brought out of it by Mistypaw's hiss, his eyes snapped open and the first thing he noticed was that he very wet. His body help submerged in water and it wasn't slowing down just because he was awake. So his dream of drowning he was pulled up seemed to have a connection to the waking world, standing the black tom pushed his way out into camp as he hadn't learned to swim yet he looked around frantically for an area he could cross without having to but the whole camp was covered in water and looked fairly deep the apprentice den would be under by the time the sun should be over the edge of the trees on the other side of the river. He clutched the side of the dens entrance so that he wouldn't have to swim yet, or drown as his dream had hinted at.

 Mentions: cheshireThe she-cat had been dreaming of swimming in the river when she was woken out of her sleep but the shifting of water against her pelt, her eyes didn't take long to open wide fully awake as she realized what had happened rising she looked to her sister to make sure she was awake noticing that Foamfur had gone around nudging those that had still lay sleeping. She breathed a little easier, though it didn't help her nerves when she realized they would not have much time before the dens and other things were submerged had anyone checked on those that may not know how to swim? " I'm going out to see what I can help with." she meowed before she began the slight swim walk out of the warrior's den. Txt " Speech" Attack |

The Tortie was never not on time. As the leaders voice rang across camp, she would be up, right behind her sister it would seem. Her look was focused, moving to the queens. "Here, let me help," Stormwatcher offered, her eyes gazing towards the water for anything that would look like or resemble kittens. They could ride on her back for all she cared as long as they were safe.

FOAMFUR ▶xx Foamfur gave a short nod in response to Foxlily, ears directed at her a moment before he spotted Mistypaw running up to them. His attention was divided, caught between reading the apprentice's body language and the medicine cat's frantic signing. He found it hard to pay much attention to either of them, with the muddy and clogging earth under paw and the faint taste and strong scent of the herbs he was holding. All that paired with the frantic move they were making meant he was going to wind up a touch lost, but he decided that whatever Foxlily was doing or where she was going would be what he was following along with.

⋆⁺₊⋆ moonclan ─ apprentice ─ she/her ⋆⁺₊⋆ ⬤xxMistypaw nodded as an answer to Foxlily about the rest of the apprentices, then swam into the medicine cat's den. Thinking about the apprentices, she remembered little Pantherpaw.. but she couldn't go back to help at this moment.
⬤ The snowy-furred molly gingerly picked up a soft bundle wrapped in leaves, with a strong herbal scent filling her nostrils. It distracted her a little when trying to move around the growing dark waters. Inevitably, her fluffy tail got wet as she made her way out.
⬤ Mistypaw frowned as she felt the cold water, but had no other choice and swam out, trying to keep her head high and the herbs as dry as possible.

 Mentions: LionshineWebpaw had woken when the water had begun to brush against her stomach she had looked around the den and woke those closest to her hoping they would follow and wake those near them it would seem the flooding of the camp had caught them off guard wading through the water she had left out to the camp to the drier section near its center knowing most likely by the looks of the water they might be swimming out of here she noticed Pansystar, Foxlily, Foamfur, Lionshine and Mistypaw but it seems it had taken the others a little longer to emerge from the filling dens they were soon joined by Stormfade, and her sister Stormwatcher but worry prickled her pelt when she thought of how young Pantherpaw was and his training, he wouldn't have been taught to swim yet sure enough a little while later she realized the tom wasn't around she looked to the apprentice den seeing small black paws clinging to the edges of it " Lionshine! Can you help me with Pantherpaw please!" she called over to them. Txt " Speech" Attack |

｡☆✼★━━━━ Foxlily ━━━━★✼☆｡ They nodded in approval looking at their two helpers grab bundles, relieved with every new sign that the first few days at the newleaf camp wouldn’t be dedicated to hunting herbs. Foxlily gestured with a flick of her tail to follow her as she began the perilous path out of the camp. The calls of other cats, among all the rain, flooded her ears. Anxiety leapt at her throat. She continued her exit, though, knowing there was only so much she could do. The other cats were certainly capable of handling the situation. Regardless, Foxlily had decided that as soon as they found somewhere safe to rest their leafy bundle, they would make the even more perilous return to camp. They couldn’t just let anything bad happen to the others. |

｡ₓ ू ₒ ु ˚ Lionshine ˚ ू ₒ ु ₓ｡ Hearing his name, Lionshine leapt into action. He looked around quickly for Pantherpaw, before the apprentice’s black pelt finally grabbed his attention. As quickly as he could, he rushed to the smaller cat’s side and doing his best to stay in place. “Pantherpaw, grab onto me! I’ll get you out of here,” he promised. “Don’t panic, everything is going to be okay!” Panicking was the enemy in water. Lionshine was perfectly prepared to simply try and pull Pantherpaw by the scruff if he wasn’t willing to grab on. The apricot warrior didn’t really know how well that would play out, but he’d certainly do whatever he could to assure his safety. |
