History Layout
Heathersky and Ashfrost met when they were young apprentices. However, they did not hit it off until they were nearly 20 moons of age. Both were very work oriented, and ended up on patrols together many times. They quickly became mates and decided to have their own litter of kittens. If only to continue their families' bloodlines. Then came Skylarkkit, Softkit, Cherrykit and Fernkit. The kittens were taken care of by a crude Heathersky until they could eat on their own. Despite having kittens, their mother prioritized their warrior duties over taking care of their kits. This was true to Ashfrost as well. He barely visited his offspring, and was more interested in working.
Even though their parents were absent from their lives, it was obvious how fiercely loyal they were to their kin. One wrong word and they were on you in an instant. Sure they didn't know what prey their kits liked best nor what they did in their free time, but they were still proud in some way or another.
Skylarkbee himself would become isolated into his own world due to the absence of his parents, thus growing apart from his siblings as well.
