| Rosepaw looked around the camp, glancing at the plants sprouting from under the chilled air. "That's.. interesting." She mumbled, looking at the strange shapes.
"Oh! Oh my!" She said seeing a red flower shockingly in bloom. "This is great news!" She gently pawed the flower, confirming what she thought.
Rosepaw skipped around clan looking for the two cats she saw in her "vision." How exciting! "Oh I can't wait to tell them about what I saw!" She grinned, "They'll be so excited too!"

Mosspaw had been grooming a patch of wild grey tabby fur when they heard Rosepaw's voice excitedly shout something. They tilted their head the way a dog would in confusion before rising to their white paws. Normally, Mosspaw wasn't one for socializing. Especially when they didn't have to. However, they decided that they wanted to push themself a little bit. If they wanted to be a good warrior someday, and the day was fast approaching, they needed to get to know their Clanmates.
They hesitated at first, thinking this whole ordeal was stupid and that they were putting too much pressure on silly things. Afterall, the most important stuff was hunting and fighting. Being a good Clanmate was fine and dandy, but did they really have to? They shook their head, feeling stupid for internally arguing with themself. We said we were going to try and talk more, so we have to stick to it. Besides, it's just Rosepaw. She's harmless.
The grey and white tabby slowly approached the brown feline, still feeling awkward and hesitant to initiate the conversation. They cleared their throat before awkwardly meowing "So, uh, whatcha got there, Rosepaw?" |

| "Oh Mosspaw! You're exactly the cat I wanted to see!" She grinned, "You are a part of a prophecy I've dug up!" Rosepaw skipped around Mosspaw joyfully.
"You know~ A little birdie told me that your going to have a real wink close relationship with someone!" Saying wink isn't the most normal thing but Rosepaw can't wink unless she says "wink."

⬤ She took a step backwards, unsure of what to even say to the she-cat.
-- "Are you, um.. sure?" she mewed, looking genuinely puzzled and slightly startled by the idea. Dont worry about it, she surely means we'd be great friends, and I can see that happening, she thought to herself, though she knew what Rosepaw really meant. How would she know, anyway? | She nodded, "I know you think this might be a bit suspicious but I assume you, I know what I'm doing. I have a 90% accuracy with these." She swished her tail, "I know what I'm doing."
"Look I'll prove it!" She ran off and came back with two shimmering rocks, a flower, and a clump of yarrow growing near the camp entrance. "Believe me now?" Rosepaw knew others didn't actually understand her method but it's how she does it and she's hardly wrong!

Mosspaw froze, feeling themself tense up. They looked at Mistypaw then immediately regretted it and green eyes darted back to the ground. "I- I don't think you've got that right, Rosepaw," they meowed, unable to look at either of the other apprentices. What was she thinking anyway? How could there be any cat in the entire world that would appreciate Rosepaw stickying her nose in their business?
Rosepaw darted off after spewing some nonsense about proof. They took a moment and looked back at Mistypaw, and they were relieved to find that she looked about as mortified as they did. "So, uh," they awkwardly meowed, "she's crazy, right? Like completely crazy."
Then Rosepaw came running back and shoved some rocks and grass in front of them, like that proved anything. They wanted to cuff her over the ears and tell her how annoying she was, but they restrained themself. They didn't want to make a fool out of themself in front of Mistypaw. Even if there was no romance between Mosspaw and Mistypaw, Mosspaw still wanted to be friends with her.
They looked over at Mistypaw to see how she would respond to Rosepaw's so-called proof. |

⋆⁺₊⋆ moonclan ─ apprentice ─ she/her ⋆⁺₊⋆ ⬤xxMistypaw's icy blue eyes lifted from the ground for hardly a second to look at the feline, but she nodded at their comment.
⬤ She barely had any time to reply when Rosepaw had come running with proof- shiny silver pebbles and leafy plants. She looked at them with caution as she got her thoughts together, slightly distracted as she felt the cats' gazes on her.
⬤ She looked away from both cats and proof, feeling the urge to turn and leave straight through the camp's entrance until she found a puddle to stare at until everything was in order in her brain. Her paws twitched at this urge, ready to spring away.
"I'm sorry I.." she mewed quietly, hastily trying to excuse herself. She didn't know how to deal with the situation, it was so odd. She tried to mew something about time or hunting and ran off.

Mosspaw watched Mistypaw leave and pinned thier ears to their skull. They felt their frustration with Rosepaw building, and, now that Mistypaw wasn't here to think less of them, it was about to boil over.
"Really, Rosepaw?" they demanded, their voice a hiss. "I mean, c'mon! What do you get outta making other cats feel all awkward with each other? Can't two cats just be really good friends without some other cat sticking their nose where it don't belong?" They sighed shaking their head.
"I think she had the right idea, man. I'm getting out of here." Mosspaw turned away from Rosepaw and began to walk toward the camp entrance. Screw her and screw her dumb "visions" |

⋆⁺₊⋆ moonclan ─ apprentice ─ she/her ⋆⁺₊⋆ ⬤xxMistypaw had run straight through the forest, following the sound of rushing water- it was always soothing, reminding her of the first time she had come to the forest, barely being a kit brought by her mother, and being amazed at the water and forest.
⬤ Finally snow and ice were melting away, and the stream returned to its beauty. She sat by it, taking a sip of the cold water, and facing her thoughts and all that had just happened barely moments ago.
⬤ She shivered slightly at those thoughts. Maybe she should've politely said something to Rosepaw, but her instinct got the best of her. And as for Mosspaw, she too wished to apologize, somehow. Neither of them would've wanted this whole thing to happen, but she knew Rosepaw had no malicious intent.
⬤ Mistypaw groaned at the awkwardness, especially because at some point she'd have to return to camp and see both of them. She really wished she had the powers of every warrior in StarClan to fix everything with the flick of an ear. ☁︎ ⋆⁺₊⋆ single ─ panromantic ─ tag ⋆⁺₊⋆ ☁︎

 Mentions: RosebloomThe tom had watched the fairly awkward exchange from afar wondering how things would fall, one thing he knew about Rosepaw is she meant no harm to anyone but these sightings of hers may land her in some thistle some day. When he watched Mosspaw and Mistypaw head out of camp each trying to escape the interactions in their own way the older tom couldn't help but wince just slightly, wondering how Rosepaw might connect with her clanmates without causing these situations made him ponder, being her mentor he wanted to help but also just couldn't put a paw on how Rosepaw sees. Getting to his paws from his place in the shadows the smaller sized tom padded after his apprentice " Rosepaw, have you eaten something today?" he questioned just to get her attention.
