Ivystrike, Warrior, & MoonClan Ivystrike was out in Moonclan's territory keeping an eye out, not realizing that he was going to find anyone, especially not a kit. Ivystrike kept his attention on alert in case something was going to happen. Of course he didn't want anything to happen especially since his friend was having a hard time with Webleaf gone. Ivystrike stopped for a moment to sniff around, but moved along very quickly. He was pretty deep in Moonclan territory by now. In the back of his mind for Nettlestorm, he was keeping an eye out for Webleaf. Ivystrike stopped once more and sat down for the moment, since he decided to rest a moment before continuing on. Ivystrike still kept an eye out as he rested since he didn't want to be caught off guard by anything around him. |

moonclan ─ kit ─ they/them Thorn was just a little kit, much too little to be on their own, but their adventure had gotten them this far now. They couldn't track very well at all, even if they knew their mother's scent, so circles had become their favorite activity purely by their own choice, they swear. They weren't quiet at all either, sticks and brush at least shuffling with what little weight they had on their bones—they were suddenly reminded that the reason they were out here was that their mama hadn't come back to their little stump after hunting for herself. They were hungry, and they obviously couldn't get their own food.
They could smell other things by now, but nothing they could name as they toddled around. It wasn't their mama so they didn't really care right now. Suddenly seeing something cat-shaped, however, got their attention immediately. "Mama!" they squeaked, rushing over as quick as they could before realizing that... that wasn't their mama, that was someone else entirely, and the realization made them freeze and bristle up as kittens tend to do when they want to look bigger and scarier than something.

Ivystrike, Warrior, & MoonClan Ivystrike had kept an eye out, but never expected to find a kitten. Ivystrike looked at the young one. "Where's your mother at?" He asked soon realizing that the kit was way too young to be on their own. Ivystrike stood up after a moment looking around. Surely the mother of this kit had to be around somewhere. Ivystrike then looked back at the kit realizing they were on their own. "Do you know where you are?" Ivystrike asked not sure if the kit knew where they were. Ivystrike was also unsure how to handle a kit. He softly smiled at the kit, but the feeling that the kit didn't have anyone anymore was become more and more real to Ivystrike. "How about you come with me." He said not sure what else to do. He knew the kit needed somewhere safe to be. |

moonclan ─ kit ─ they/them They appeared fearful for a moment, keeping an eye on Ivystrike before slowly concluding that Oh, he seems fine, their bristling soon calming down. "Mama said she was hungry, 'n she was away all day, so I wanted to look for her 'cause I'm hungry too!" they squeaked out, the force of their mew making them lean forward a little, balanced with a little hop. At the question, they tilted their head a little before stepping a little closer. They were almost far-too easily put at ease by his presence. "Okay! We can go! Maybe we'll find mama!" and, as though it was their idea all along, they confidently and excitedly started stepping in a direction, entirely sure it was the right way since it was the direction they were going.

Ivystrike, Warrior, & MoonClan Ivystrike looked at the kit not sure about the kit's mother. I'm not sure she's even alive He thought, though he wouldn't say that in front of the kit. "So do you have a name?" Ivystrike asked taking the lead looking about to see if he could see anyone, but he knew it wasn't likely. Ivystrike looked at Briarkit. He let a soft smile come across his face, but he wasn't too sure what to say to a kit, especially one he just meet outside of the camp. "How old are you?" He asked Briarkit. |

moonclan ─ kit ─ they/them "Mama called me "Thorn Inaside" so I think that's my name!" they mewed in earnest, bouncing after the older cat. Clearly, they didn't comprehend that entirely, but what they didn't know wouldn't hurt them.
The second question made them stop moving so that they could think. "I dunno how old I am, mama said somethin' about my sisters bein' too lil' to leave, but I dunno what she meant," they then answered, picking their paws back up. They hardly remembered having sisters, but mama had mentioned them a few times so they must be real. "Mama showed me the full moon 'n told me it was my second one, but I don't remember my first one. I didn't even know you could have a moon!"
They babbled a little on how they've seen the moon look different, and wondered if that was to do with it being a second one, delving into how they thought those were secretly all different moons, and how the sky might be eating them or what have you. They were young, end of story, and based on what they said, they were only two moons old at least. They didn't even know what "two" was, if you asked them.

Ivystrike, Warrior, & MoonClan Ivystrike looked at Briarkit still. He was surprised that a two month old kit was on their own. So a two month kit, too young to be on their own Ivystrike thought. "Thorn, I'm not sure where your mother could be, but I don't feel right that you are on your own." He said knowing that he should take the kit back to the camp where they would be safe. But then again, would the Briarkit want to go with him. "I think you would be safe in Moonclan for now." Ivystrike said wondering what could have happen to the mother, but he knew the kit wouldn't last on their own. "How would you like that?" He asked wanting to know what the kit thought. |

moonclan ─ kit ─ they/them They looked completely surprised by the idea, tail straight up as they bounded around to look up at Ivystrike. "There's a third moon? And we can go there? I wanna see it!" They seemed incredibly enthusiastic about this development. "Let's go right now!" and then they were off, heading in a mostly straight line in the direction the two of them had been going. Ivystrike, Warrior, & MoonClan Ivystrike smiled still seeing how excited the young one was. "I'm glad you seem excited." He said hoping everything went well. Ivystrike watched Thorn as he continued on. He was surprised how well this kit was managing so far. Ivystrike was surprised with this trip altogether. He looked at head realizing they would be at the camp soon. "How would you like to meet others?" Ivystrike asked not too sure how the kit would react to meeting a bunch of other cats a once. |
