So you've joined Warrior Cats Celeste and you're ready to jump into the game. Great! Here's what you should know going into our main game.
Characters do not need to be approved before joining in the game
You heard it right! Here at WCC we have an open-door policy, meaning that there is no character application. Anyone is welcome to jump into the main game as if their character has lived in that Clan their entire life. However, high postions (leader, deputy, medicine cat etc.) are not available to be freely made. Those positions are typically earned through roleplay and discord activity.
So you've got your character idea and you want to get started. Great! You can make an introduction thread in any of the Clan boards. Or, you can make a thread where your character is an outsider who wants to join the Clan. If you choose the outsider route, your acceptance into the Clan will depend on the Clan leader (though unless plotted out beforehand, they should still accept your character)

Easy! All you need to do is have a name and jump into a Clan and you're in. Create a thread in the IC board or reply to someone else's thread. - Generally, we do not want to limit your characters in anyway. However, to fit into the Warriors universe some limitations must be set. Only domestic felines can be played. We ask that pelt colors remain somewhat realistic, though patterns and colors do not have to be exact.
- At this time we are only accepting naturally occurring genetic mutations. A good rule of thumb: if you can find a picture of its occurrence in the real world, it is allowed.
However, there are plans to expand upon character creation and mutations through a shop, so keep a look out - At this time powers are not allowed. Their development will come in the near future.
