Bubblestream was wandering the neutral territories, finally feeling free to run through the breeze of the wind. Sure, he was able to spare with someone today, though he had come off on top, and it got boring when he didn't have any competition. Nevertheless, Bubblestream arrived at some random location, and saw another cat, deciding to walk up to them and talk.
Nothing could go wrong, right?
"Hello there! I'm Bubblestream of SunClan. Who might you be?" He introduced himself, adding onto it as well. Sitting down behind them, he waited for a response from the other cat. |

As the wind brushed the tree tops along the territory the she-cat had gotten bored of looking at the same scenery and so her paws had brought her out of her own territory into the common neutral territory as the long drying blades of grass danced pulling her forward into the unknown the she-cat paid no mind to the chill that crawled up her spine about being alone. It was so normal for her lately the only one she had an almost constant contact with was her apprentice Nettlepaw, who had presumably taken off on his own once more. She wasn't sure how to fix that even if she was awake early and up late the tom managed to get past her and so she wanted a breath away from it all so when she found a grassy knoll that was soft to her paws she sat upon it. Looking around the landscape before lifting her face into the wind, with her eyes closed her other senses opened to the world around her. She did not miss the sound of approaching paw steps that marked the presence of another cat. Angling her ears back a bit as they approached further she was surprised when she heard them call out a greeting and went as far to ask who she was. Turning so that she was directly facing Bubblestream she looked the tom over.
"Hello, Bubblestream. My name's Webleaf I come from Moonclan." she replied tail twitching slightly as she tried to gauge his reaction, from what she heard of the last meeting things were still sticky when it came to the clans relationship and so she pondered how this might turn out.

Bubblestream flicked his tail, smiling big. A MoonClan cat was in his presence! What a delight this was. Looking up at the sky, he blinked once before scooting up closer to Webleaf. "It's great to meet you, Webleaf. For once I'm glad I've met an outsider of my clan who does not want to fight!" Bubblestream slightly exclaimed. Even if he liked sparring, he didn't do it all the time. It got tiring after all. Now, a major detail about Bubblestream was his fur which seemed to burn brightly in the sunlight. He never seemed to notice this, though as the sun was slowly reaching the point of sunset, he smiled again.
"Anyways, how are you doing?" He would ask as he glanced back at her, also attempting to be polite for once. He usually wasn't this friendly to MoonClan cats, though something about this one seemed relatable to him. Perhaps only time can tell for this specific matter. |

When Bubblestream moved closer that he could sit near her the she-cat made no fuss seeing no sign of hostility from him, this was something different from everything she heard.
Though she herself had never really understood the constant battle between the clans when no one alive could even remember why it started in the first place. When the cats attending the gathering in which Moondancer and Sunchaser showed themselves and how things started she'd almost given up altogether on thinking they might be able to work something out eventually as it showed the exact reason they had been fighting and she supposed it all started as a misunderstanding but still.
That was besides the point now Bubblestream seemed nice compared to the stories she heard about Sunclan cats since from what she heard they weren't very nice towards Moonclan or outsiders. Though she supposed she couldn't really go off what others said just look at how they reacted to their own clanmates her mother was not a popular cat among Moonclan due to her eye colour and her one eye. Some even described her as disturbing and creepy those cats irked her to no end. When Bubblestream briefly touched on fighting she couldn't help the chuckle that pushed past her teeth "Well I didn't exactly come out here looking for a fight I'm glad I don't have to either. As for my mood it is alright just wanted a break from seeing the same places over again everyday since I was made an apprentice." she replied to his question ears still moved to pick up other sounds around them just in case another decided to roam the neutral lands. "What about you? how are you doing?" she asked briefly making eye contact before choosing to just face his direction.

Bubblestream had his gaze locked on the slowly setting sun, loving the beauty of it all. However, he couldn't help but think of Webleaf when the sun turned to a certain fade. After all, the she-cat had a strange yet fitting orange splotch on her throat which matched her black fur. He also knew that he might be the only cat to pay close attention to other cats' fur and their colors. Nevertheless, once Webleaf replied to him, he opened his muzzle to respond as well.
"Well, I got tired of the clan camp and territory I usually see everyday as well. Plus, sparring with the same clanmates gets really boring over time. To answer your question though, I'm doing pretty good right now!" Bubblestream meowed as he formed a delighted grin directed towards Webleaf, his deep ice blue eyes shining through the coming darkness. |

Webleaf looked over at Bubblestream once more as the suns edge kissed the edges of the horizon the oranges and reds it blazed danced on the toms fur making the orange pop and the creamy white seem to shimmer though her glance was but a moment she felt like she might have looked a little to long and glanced away to further watch the sun. The darkening skies gave the wind a touch of cold as the crickets began their chattering the constant chirp used to bug the she-cat they always sounded so carefree something she had wished she could be now sitting out here enjoying the time out of the territory even meeting Bubblestream made her calmer "Anything interesting for you lately, I dont mean clan stuff not prying into that... just in general." she asked making sure to point out she didn't want to get into clan things unless offered its not like she had anyone to tell anyway but that wasn't a problem she wanted to open up she just liked this meeting and wanted something to talk about.

Bubblestream kept looking up at the setting sun, admiring it in its beauty. He always wondered how the colors of the sky seemed to become the silverpelt as the sun set, though he assumed it had something to do with the cycles between sun and moon. Once he heard the she-cat speak once more, he also began to speak, his tone soft yet powerful. "Well, I recently caught a vole that looked like it could be the size of a rabbit! It was a cool achievement if I do say so myself." Bubblestream responded.
He then started thinking of what else he could say, as conversations should not be one-sided. Realizing what he could say, he began to say something again. "How about you? Anything interesting happen with you, Webleaf?" He lightly purred. |

Webleaf had to think about it a moment she seemed to lead a pretty boring life while Bubblestream had managed to bring something up almost immediately even if it was something she had asked at least he kept the conversation going her ears flicked slightly in her own disappointment before perking back up again "Well I found a small spot near the rocks in my territory that has a small waterfall, I go there to get some time for myself unless I make the journey out here." she replied finally having had to think about how to word it he was a Sunclanner after all and she couldn't give to much away even if he was cute.
