“Cats of SunClan, I welcome you all to a very unique time for our Clan,” Rabbitstar began with a swish of their tail, perched neatly upon a branch in the training hollow so that he could be seen and heard by his Clanmates. “For this portion of the games, we’ll be dividing you all into two groups - hiders, and seekers. Once the first round is concluded, the roles will switch. Whoever finds the most cats wins the seekers’ portion, whoever can hide the longest wins the hiders’ portion. For efficiency of time, hiders are not to leave the training hollow. Hiders will receive a bit of time to find their hiding spots before the seekers are sent out after them.” With the rules of the game now in place, he worked on announcing the groups’ division. For this round, the hiders would include @fallenpetal , sloeflame , and Tinyleaf . The seekers would include Fawnheart , Iceglow , and Wildspring . Once they were all divided, he waved the hiders off with a sweep of his tail. “With that, I wish you all good luck.”
Rabbitstar watched diligently as the game proceeded. Most cats had been found by now, making those who remained worth that much more to the cats on the hunt. His violet slits darted about the trees, analytically peering at every speck, periodically glancing at the found cats now gathered in the place of origin. What an interesting turn out this would be.

OOC INSTRUCTIONS: Hiders can move to keep from being caught, and must be physically caught to count for the seeker. As a general rule, I’d suggest using the roll system for hiding, sneaking, and chasing, unless outcomes have been discussed ooc! Have fun!

A challenge.
As Tinyleaf's eyes flit between the three seekers, all equal threats in their own right, he felt his fur prickle with a secret sort of thrill. Wildspring was a good warrior, paws always on the straight and narrow. He was the leader's brother, a reliable tom who always got the job done. By all means, a standard opponent, but not one to be taken lightly. Someone who was bound to stick to his duty and compete readily. In spite of the calico's namesake, however, it was Fawnheart who'd prove to be the real wildcard. Even as Tinyleaf assessed each cat, he could feel his own sibling's eyes burning into his pelt like the sun had turned green and split into twin halves just across the way. Silently, he afforded the other ginger a peek- only for them to drop their gaze, almost urgently pawing at the ground instead. For the two of them, things would be difficult. The teams hadn't been revealed any earlier than the day of the competition, and that made things all the more interesting. They'd never sat down and planned for what would happen should they be rivals.
Fawnheart was just as likely to let him run free as they were to pin his location in a heartbeat. Even as kits, it'd always been that way. It was more dangerous to have a rival who knew you well than to fight an acquaintance like Wildspring, still generally unaccustomed to Tinyleaf's habits. Still. The way the other was pawing around, almost guilty in their behavior, it made him consider... that he might be granted grace, at least for this round. After all, it wouldn't be fair to have one cat immediately catch another on intuition alone. Right? Fawnheart was too nice to want to catch him, too nice to want to spoil good sportsmanship. He'll probably go for someone else. No, the real threat was...
Rabbitstar gave the order just as Tinyleaf's focus skimmed Iceglow, lingering just a heartbeat before he had to go. Without pause for the mollies, he summoned his old kithood energy and made for the treeline, eyes squinting in satisfaction as he noted the deep oranges and reds overhead, creeping along the branches and swallowing up the summer green. The spot to hide was obvious- Somewhere just like me! Predictable as it could be, the further he got, the harder it'd be for any given warrior to search each and every tree just to find him hiding somewhere among the autumn colors. And so, he rushed into the forest. A headstart would be crucial, especially against a cat as persistent as Iceglow. (d14)
About midway through the training hollow's surrounding brush, he slithered up the trunk of an oak and disappeared into the upper branches, only a stray rustle giving warning of his movements as he began to navigate to high ground, passing between branches like a squirrel to reach new trees, taller trees. A tree you can't climb so easily from ground level.

So a game it would be,
The she-cat had at least been a little prepared for this one, after all only some had been unable to play the game as a kit. Thankfully that had not been her with siblings she had, had the joy of being both the seeker and the hider and now she got to hide once more. With her orange, red and white pelt she thought it may be an advantage for her to hide among the leaf-fall colours however she noticed something Rabbitstar had set her in the same group as Tinyleaf another cat with leaf-fall like colours for a pelt, this felt like it would ensure that the seekers would being paying attention to things they normally wouldn't have picked up when Rabbitstar said to begin the she-cat didn't hesitate knowing she had to stay within the area of the training hollow but was free to hide where once more she began to look for unobvious areas a slight rustle above told her that someone had taken to the tree's but things turned quiet once more as she padded along the forest floor knowing that the time given to her something at the base of one of the trees caught her eye a hole begin enough for her to squeeze into with scattered leaves around it padding out she gathered some more of the from different places knowing that she would need to cover the small portion out in the open and leaves would look natural.
She carefully made her way inside with her gathered leaves before turning and spitting them out thankfully unpierced by her teeth as they fell naturally to the ground once more covering her entrance and her scent to boot she looked around the underground of the tree breathing in a quiet sound of relief when she noticed there was also another entrance and either could be her exit if caught. Grinning she settled in ears alert for any sound.
