PANSYSTAR New apprentices were a blessing to the Clan, especially in the hardest of times. With the growing tension between SunClan and MoonClan, they'd need as many capable paws as possible. Pansystar took her usual place and called the Clan to gather. She called forward Nettlekit and Ivykit, two toms who had reached the age of six moons. "Nettlekit, Ivykit you both have reached the age of six moons, and it is time for you to be apprenticed. From this day on, until you receive your warrior name, you will be known as Nettlepaw and Ivypaw. Your mentors will be Webleaf and Lavenderspark." Pansystar sought out the two warriors and nodded her head to them. To her knowledge, neither of them had mentored an apprentice before. Hopefully these two would be suitable first apprentices. Nettlekit stepped forward when he was called, puffing out his chest in pride. Even with all his antics, he was being made an apprentice. Nothing could stop him now! He could stay up late and leave camp whenever he wanted. He'd be so great, he'd be a warrior in no time. Nettlekit was sure of it.
Hearing the new name for the first time felt weird to him. Nettlepaw... That was him! When he'd snuck out of camp, he thought the new name was no big deal. But now he realized how wrong he was. He was Nettlepaw, and he was going to take MoonClan by storm!
He turned his green gaze to Webleaf, his mentor. "I'm already the best apprentice ever, no doubt. We're gonna be the coolest cats in the whole Clan!"

♡✧♡ Lavenderspark ♡✧♡ ✧✧✧ More ♡death♡ than legs on a millipede...✧✧✧ Smiling on instinct, Lavenderspark tried to keep her fur from bristling in shock. Her? A mentor? But that was- she'd have to- that was new territory she'd have to tread lightly. Having a mentor had made her life difficult, she'd have to figure out how to keep a similar thing from happening with her own apprentice. Gracefully and delicately, she stepped forward to meet up with Ivykit - Ivy paw - and smile sweetly down at him. “Well, I hope you'll enjoy our time training together,” she purred. She couldn't help but wonder if Rosebloom's death influenced this decision. A replacement for the void in her heart? There were a lot of complicated emotions with this, but she knew how to handle those. She'd just smile sweetly, curl her tail daintily, and keep a gentle gaze. Ivypaw 6 moons & Moonclan and Apprentice Ivykit smiled hearing his name being called. He was happy that now he was an apprentice and he knew he would have a little more freedom then he did as kit. Ivykit, now Ivypaw looked at Lavenderspark. Now Ivypaw was curious about Lavenderspark as she spoke. "I'm sure I will." He said happily. He was glad to finally be trained as an apprentice. Ivypaw looked at Lavenderspark. "I can't wait to see what you'll teach me." Ivypaw said wanting to get started as soon as possible since he didn't like to wait on somethings and this was one thing he didn't want to wait on. He smiled at Lavenderspark thinking about everything he would learn. |

As she sat among her clan mates she was not expecting to receive an apprentice a moon after becoming a warrior herself, though she supposed she would have to start sometime and why not when her own training sessions were still fresh in her mind. Though she was worried she wouldn't be able to she padded forward when Pansystar's eyes sought her out after calling her name stepping to Nettlekit now becoming Nettlepaw she leaned in to touch her nose to his before drawing away once more when she listened to how Nettlepaw spoke she remembered when she heard of the tom being found outside of camp by Lionshine and was brought back she had a deep feeling that Nettlepaw would keep her on her paws and that she better keep an eye out or the apprentice might fall into something he couldn't get out of. "We can certainly try to be." she purred not wanting to deter the young tom.

PANSYSTAR The leader watched the mentor and apprentice pairings unite in the center of camp with a smile on her maw. Webleaf was young, but she was strong and determined too. She knew that giving her an apprentice so soon would be a controversial decision in the eyes of many, but if she ever had any doubts, they were gone now. Turning her attention to Lavenderspark and Ivypaw, she noted that those two didn't look like a ha;f bad pairing either. Lavenderspark was a young warrior who had never had an apprentice, much like Webleaf. She thought those two could learn much from eachother. Figure out mentorship together.
