Ivykit 5 moons & Moonclan and Kit Ivykit wonder out of the nursery happy. He wanted to explore the camp and try to sneak out of the camp. He knew it was going to get into trouble if he got caught, but he didn't care. Ivykit watched around the camp before curiously heading towards the entrance of the camp and looked out. He smiled as he walked out of the camp and looked around him. Ivykit stopped a little ways away from the camp. After stopping, Ivykit sat down and watched the area around him. He was enjoying this and knew if he got caught he was in big trouble. But, he didn't care as he got up and was about to start going further away from the camp which was a bad idea for a kit even though soon he would be an apprentice. Ivykit continue to smile as he started off again. |

For once, Nettlekit had been in the nursery. Usually he was out on adventures of his own, but alas, he was mortal and needed rest. He'd have to do something about that one day. So, he had been disturbed when Ivykit tried to sneak out of the nursery.
Lifting his head, he watched the kit's tail-tip disappear as he left the nursery. Curiosity itched at his paws as he got up to follow the other tom. He noticed Ivykit trying to sneak out of camp as Nettlekit left the nursery. "Not without me," he whispered to himself.
Nettlekit hurriedly followed Ivykit, using the same exit strategy as the other kit. He saw Ivykit hesitate and chuckled to himself. Time for the big reveal!
"Why'd you come out here if you're scared?"

Ivykit 5 moons & Moonclan and Kit Ivykit stopped hearing a voice, but was glad to find that the voice belonged to Nettlekit. "I'm not scared, I'm exploring." He said smiling at Nettlekit, glad to have a fun out here. Ivykit looked at Nettlekit. "Why did you follow me? Ivykit asked before a thought came to his mind. But, he would wait to see how his fellow clan member would answer his last question before asking his next one. While seeing that no one else noticed that two kits were outside the camp, Ivykit relax a little. He sat down to wait and see what Nettlekit would say or ask. |

Nettlekit was born with an adventurous spirit and an endless tank of energy to match. No queen, elder or warrior could keep him contained the the nursery if they tried. It felt natural for him to follow Ivykit, to see where the day's adventure would lead him. Nettlekit looked at Ivykit like he had said something silly. Why wouldn't he follow him? "What, and let you have all the fun? I don't think so!"
Nettlekit padded out in front of Ivykit, head held high as he surveyed the territory. "Where should we go first? We can't stay here too long. Somebody's gonna find us and yell at us."

Ivykit 5 moons & Moonclan and Kit Ivykit smiled hearing Nettlekit. "The only way they can yell at us, is if they can catch us." He said with such confidences that they wouldn't be caught by anyone. Ivykit headed to the left, having no clue where he was going. He just didn't want to be near the entrance to the camp in case someone came by and saw the two. Ivykit then looked at Nettlekit. "You know, if we do get caught we would be in huge trouble." Ivykit said as he walked. Ivykit while waiting for an answer looked forward to make sure he didn't walk into anything in front of him. |

｡ₓ ू ₒ ु ˚ Lionshine ˚ ू ₒ ु ₓ｡ Lionshine sighed in exasperation. He'd barely caught the tip of Nettlekit's tail fur slipping out of camp, but all the same, he could smell him. Him, and Ivykit. Two scents in the same direction, out of camp and unaccompanied by any cat capable of making such an outing safe for them. I have to go bring a cat back to camp... again. If StarClan had a sense of humor, it didn't line up with her own. With quiet paws in hopes of not alerting the entirety of the camp, she tread after the kits' scent. It didn't take long to catch sight of the two little figures - he hadn't imagined it would, with the freshness of their scent - and he sighed in relief seeing them nearby and safe. “Ivykit, Nettlekit, come back to camp. You can't be out here alone, it isn't safe.” Lionshine spoke calmly as she approached the little toms, only a tail-length away so she didn't have to raise her voice. It'd be worse if anyone else heard the exchange - probably. |

"Oh mouse-dung," Nettlekit swore when he heard Lionshine's voice from behind him and Ivykit. "That's what we get for opening our big mouths."
Nettlekit turned around and lowered his head in shame. "Sorry, Lionshine. I swear though! We would've been totally fine! I'm practically an apprentice, so I should be able to leave camp just fine."
He could tell that his protests would be to no avail. Rules were rules, and Lionshine seemed like the type to stick to them pretty strictly. It was so stupid! All Nettlekit was missing was a dumb "-paw" at the end of his name. Did it really make that much of a difference? It does to Lionshine and Pansystar.

You aren't an apprentice yet, which means kit rules still apply to you.” Lowering herself to get closer to the kits' eye level, she tilted her head with a gentle amusement. “Besides - apprentices can't leave camp freely, either. Apprentices need a warrior's permission to leave camp alone, or to be accompanied by a warrior. I hope you don't plan to be pulling this stunt in the future, too, I don't imagine your mentor will appreciate it.” Mentoring Wrenpaw meant these two young toms wouldn't be his responsibilities, most likely, so he supposed it wasn't much up to him to decide how their apprenticeships would go. Still, they'd better learn soon. “Be thankful it's just me and that you two haven't gone very far or gotten into much trouble. If you look for trouble, Pansystar might postpone your apprenticeship.” At least, he heard some leaders did that. He wasn't sure if Pansystar would. |

Nettlekit grumbled as Lionshine scolded him. This was so silly! He was out in the territory and he was fine. No danger, no injuries no nothing. But Lionshine didn't seem to care. It was all about the small detail that he was still considered a kit. What a lame excuse.
Lionshine brought up that Pansystar might delay their apprenticeship, to which Nettlepaw shook his head. "I don't believe it!" he dramatically cried. "We've wait so long. We can't get delayed over something as small as this!"
