Cherryfire was tired of Clan life. All this talk of gods and war and doom. It was really a drag. But being a warrior, they didn't get to be tired of Clan life. Even if some days it seemed so much easier to just gather her trinkets from her nest and leave. Oh, if only.
But that wasn't what she was going to do just yet. Today, she had been tasked with reenforcing the nursery walls. Apparently the kits in the nursery had been particularly energetic this past moon. No matter, it should be an easy fix.
Cherryfire approached the nursery, rolling a bundle of brambles forward. She sat down near the hole and immediately got to work |

Seedkit - Sunclan kit

"Hey!", seedkit squealed being half startled having someone burst in without her mother's permission,
"you almost scared me, well you did..", the chocolate kit nudged closer to the back
part of the nursery unsure who this or knew the name of this cat.
Being careful Seedkit dropped into a crouch close to the ground saking since due
to being locked into the nursery and only sight of two cat's also her siblings no sign of other cat's or the complete outside world that called her.

Any remnants of a foul mood would soon be disapated by what she found in the nursery. Cherryfire couldn't help but bust into laughter upon seeing the tiny kit frightened. "Oh boy! Sorry about that Seedkit!" they meowed through chuckles. "It looks like you and your denmates got into some trouble, so I'm just here to fix the den walls. I'll be gone soon."
Cherryfire keep going with the weaving, her paws working fluidly with the brambles. It was a good thing these weren't entire dry yet; they'd be too brittle to work with if they had been.
"I gotta ask, what did you guys even do to cause this?" |

Seed'kit - Sunclan kit
"I refuse to respond to you, you scary!", still seedkit was more scared as this cat stepped closer as usual
seed'kit stepped back a bit into the walls acidently making the cat's wall job a bit more since the kit broke
a little hole into it again making her squeeze out and get further from the warrior trying to interact.

Cherryfire's whiksers twitched. That was not at all what she was expecting the kit to say. She felt a twinge of guilt in her stomach. It wasn't t like they were particularly big or frightening, so what was it?
They saw Seedkit squeeze through the hole in the den wall, making it a bit larger. "Uh, okay there kiddo. Why don't you come back inside? I don't think Rookbriar wants you just running around." |

Seedkit - Sunclan kit
"No.. why do you care about me?", the kit still in her current spot being quater inside the camp
as while the quater inside the nursery, Seedkit let her tail curl around her body from her body and her paws under her
as if she was in a ball. "I will enter the forest and no one will stop me", she said in a bit of a angry tone the kit got out of her curled ball and wiggled out from the nursery wall to be in the camp once out of the nursery she saw that no one watching her, Seedkit then ran out of the camp as quick as she could as still quite scared of the warrior since still not knowing who or the name of the cat, once she got into the forest she found a burrow quite deep and quickly hid inside so no cat could find her and would be gone for quite a bit of time.

Why do you care about me? That was such a strange question to Cherryfire. "Well," they meowed after thinking for a moment. "The warrior code says warriors need to protect and care for all kits. Regardless of what Clan they're in, or if they're Clanless. Kits need to be protected."
Cherryfire watched her scamper off and they shook their head. Seedkit seemed like trouble. As much as she didn't want to deal with it, Cherryfire knew there'd be consequences if she didn't do anything to stop the little escape artist. Rising to her paws, Cherryfire followed the kit outside of camp into the territory.
The ginger pelted warrior raised her nose, trying to catch wind of Seedkit's scent. "Seedkit?" she called out. "I know you're there. Come out and save me the time."
She pasued for a moment and sighed. "You don't have to like me. I just need to fix the den." |

She heard the voice of the warrior but she had already gone out for some moss quickly before the cat came to get her, she muttred sliently "I will never come out until the day I die", giving a sigh seedkit shook the dirt from her soft chocolate coat and peaked her head out just a little bit but still inside the burrow.

Cherryfire had been listening to the sounds of the fields intently, so naturally she caught wind of the kitten's movement. They turned their head quickly to face where the noise was coming from. "Seedkit, I know you're there. Come out. Before your mom kills me for losing you."
The ginger furred warrior began to pad towards where they had heard the noise, growing closer to the burrow where Seedkit was hiding. |

"I said no! ", the kit growled backing back into the den as far as the kit could back into the den but all of a sudden
she got stabbed with a thorn in her leg and squealed like a new born kit getting released when her mom gave her their first bite of warrior prey caught from out of the camp.
"That Hurt!", Seedkit tried to move her leg but the more she did the more it hurt so she stopped moving because it was very deep in her leg, causing making her capability of using her one leg to walk worse. Seedkit started to cry because the intensifying pain started to get sharper and sharper from every single movement cutting into inside of her flesh since again it was deep inside the kit. Finally the kit could no longer feel her leg as red liquid dripped down her leg also still crying plus squealing for help to come to her savement.

Cherryfire's eyes widened as she heard the cry from Seedkit. "Are you alright?" they called. Seedkit's cries only intensified, and Cherryfire could feel the panic rising within her. "Hang on! I'll get you out of there."
Cherryfire ducked down. The log wasn't big enough to fit her entire body, but there was room for her to stick her pan in comfrotably. "Can you reach me, Seedkit? I think I can pull you out of there." |

Seedkit - Sunclan kit
Seedkit lifted a paw as she saw a paw close, "My leg hurts!" she squealed as
she waited to be pulled out she glanced at her leg because she didn't know what was going to happen because of the thorn carefuly the kit slowly used her one leg and other paw to get out of the thorn but once she got out the flesh from the leg started bleeding more due to how long she was inside the thorn for over a few days. Seedkit started biting her paw as the pain grew worse so she could manage to keep the pain off her mind and just on her paw, glancing back again she saw where she was digging a pool of blood which made her leg fur soaked "p-please hurry it hurts my leg has been covered" but the kit continued to claw her self forward to the entrance of the den.

"Okay, brace yourself," Cherryfire demanded, squinting her eyes shut. This was going to hurt. But better to get it over with quickly than drag it out.
Cherryfire counted down in their head before quickly pulling the kit's leg from the thorn. The momentum would also pull the kit out of the log, into the clearing. "Okay, good, you're out. Let's get you back to Sloeflame. She'll know how to treat this." If Seedkit would allow them to do so, Cherryfire would pick her up by the scruff of her neck and carry her back to camp.

Seedkit gripped her claws into them trying to not fall off "I-I am hungry-", the kit mummered as the kit got caried back
her grip became stronger hanging on because Seedkit didn't know how her mother would be mad how she was gone for days on end.
"Ma will be mad at me.. I think-" , she started nibbling onto her leg
of what part her head could reach since it was well noon.

With the adreneline rushing through her veins as she sprinted back to camp, Cherryfire didn't notice Seedkit's thorn sharp claws sinking into their pelt.
"She won't be mad," the ginger-pelted warrior assured the kit. "She won't be mad. It'll be okay." |
