»»——— Honeyflare ———«« Oh - a real outsider. A cat he had no connection to. It was shocking to see a foreign cat with a rabbit in their jaws, freshly killed before his very eyes. Had they really not noticed the three of them until now? His eyes flicked to the other two warriors, fur raising with defensive energy but hoping for peaceful resolution all the same. “Who are you, and why are you hunting so close to SunClan territory?,” he asked evenly. If the other two weren't there, he might just warn her to stay wary of the border in the future and let her take her catch. It wasn't as if she'd found it on SunClan territory, clearly there was quite the chase involved. Yet, with the two more experienced warriors by his side, Honeyflare felt his words were chosen for him. Echoes of cats he'd never met with thought processes he'd never understand. Hollow in his throat, no matter how much conviction he said them with. He + Single + Bi

Tinyleaf didn't need to pounce- The intruder came skidding to a stop right in front of the patrol, as if they'd never learned to use their nose before. Honeyflare was quick to speak for them, and did so with the delivery of generations upon generations of warriors before him. It generally wasn't the case that the youngest warrior would be taking that initiative, but in such an awkward scenario, it may as well happen. Moreover, maybe this was exactly what he'd need so fresh off of his ceremony- A chance to prove what he had learned in all his training to protect Sunclan. Relaxing the tension of his posture, the smaller cat rose back into a regular stance, although his paws stayed locked in preparation for conflict should it present itself.
Casting a quick gaze to Swanmask before returning to the dark face of the loner, Tinyleaf cocked his head in subtle urging, curious to see what such a brazen trespasser would have to say to Honeyflare's practiced words. That alone would be the key to exactly what procedure would take place. It certainly looked as if the stranger had stumbled in on accident, but one could never be too wary. Sometimes, that sort of carelessness could also be attributed to familiarity; The actions of a cat who was used to stepping so close. That sort of coziness isn't permitted by Beestar.

Swanmask noticed that the other two used words first it settled her uncertainty that if met with an intruder that the other would not have the chance to explain before being chased off and relieved of their possible catches. As they had done all the work she just stood ready taking notice of the other cats posture and response they did not seem to be surprised so maybe they had noticed the scent marker but pursued the rabbit anyway. Something about that didn't settle right, how many had crossed the border after their prey choosing to ignore it as they just wanted what they were after?.. The clans scent along the border was not weak and if they truly thought they could just ignore because they weren't apart of the two clans than they had another thing coming but Swanmask waited patiently though in a protective, fighting stance she did not growl, snarl or hiss at the intruder.

The she-cat looked at the trio the rabbit she finally managed to catch clamped by the scruff between her teeth her bi-coloured eyes unwavering as she took in the postures of them. As one spoke the others seemed to allow that one to be their voice though the large cat on the edge of them threw her on guard who knew Sunclan had such large cats... not someone she wanted to fight that was for sure. She didn't particularly want to comply with questions but figured maybe she could get more info as Cherryfire had only told them so much, but she was also alone in this situation with no do good brother over her shoulder. Minnow proceeded to set the rabbit behind her, so if needed she could try to grab it in her escape. "Well you see, who I am is of no importance however I will say it is not just I. I only came this way because the rabbit decided a long run was what I needed though it once it was seen it didn't have much of a chance." she meowed almost disintrestedly focused on those in front of her she kicked the rabbit back a bit so that she could shift into a crouched sit muscles bound in case things went awry.

From his prior silence, Tinyleaf finally chimed in where he'd previously been content to stand there and memorize the face of the cat in front of them for future reference. "Even if we verify you came from off-land," He mewed, an even tone that suggested neither aggression nor compliance, "You haven't answered our question. You must have been awfully close to the border in the first place to run across it so easily. How far can a rabbit really run?" Widening his eyes as if to emphasis the severity of the crime- not that he was necessarily sure of it himself, but moreso out of imitation- he took a pawstep forward, just outside of swiping distance.
Slightly offset from his patrol, now, his tail gave a low lash as he mimicked the tell of tension in the loner's haunches; It was almost a bit humorous, for the smallest of the three to be standing like a protector ready to trade blows while his bulkier clanmates lingered, but that size difference didn't factor into Tinyleaf's decision. A warrior didn't care about things like that, not when it was a matter of Sunclan pride. Eyeing the motions of their intruder, it didn't seem like a fight would be necessary- More than anything, she looked as if readying to run for it, in which case he couldn't imagine having to give chase. But it'd all come down to what the others would say. He'd be content to just let someone leave if they didn't intend to linger in the first place, but clan law could be stickier than his own ideals.
