The she-cat had finally managed to cross the rippling water at least it was no longer a torrent of water, not even the fish could be seen when the water was harsh like that. Now however there was a strongish current but if one was cautious and a strong swimmer they could cross and catch fish that could now be seen just slightly between the water dips and so that was what she had hoped by crossing the river she would be able to fish in a bit but also enjoy the dampness on her pelt although she shook some of the water from her pelt so that she wasn't soaked while she sat there hoping that if she could hardly see the fish then they also had a hard time seeing her.
As she sat there waiting patiently for a fish to wander closer making sure her shadow remained behind her the tumbling of the water shadowed the sounds of pawsteps making their way closer to her she was more focused on the flashing of scales that had finally made its presence known closer to the shore as slightly moved so that she was balanced perfectly it took all but moments for her paw to flash out catching the fish by the gill as. she pulled it to shore. She delivered a sharp bite to its spine once she had it ashore so that it couldn't move back to the water.

Amaris had wondered by through the territory where the boarders between Sun and Moon meet she didn't know why she was doing this, honestly she should really be cautious when passing these parts since Moonclan is probably mad at Sunclan, and if any Sunclan crossed their path they'd be in serious trouble.
But what was she supposed to do when times were tough? With Sunclan's stubborn behaviour and pride she had to take the risks, even if that meant she might be banished, as long as her kits future would be filled with nothing from these tensions then she is willing to try and take the risk.
She stopped in her tracks when she saw another cat fishing by the river as she swiftly killed a fish and began ro munch on it...she didn't recognise this cat nor its smell but they seemed to be part of Moonclan by the way she stayed on their boarders...

Setting the fish aside once it could no longer move her gaze rose from the fish at her side up and she caught the briefest glances of another pelt not too far from her making her shift her gaze which was now focused on the river once more back to where the other cat stood, although still some distance between them the she-cat did not recognize them and therefore it meant that they were either someone of Sunclan or a loner wandering along the borders. Sunclan could eat a frog if they thought she was going to leave where she stood back to the other side where the sun shone down and cast one's shadow upon the water. The she-cat licked her lips taking the water from them as she regarded the other cat if they turned out to be a loner what would she do? green eyes sharpened and then softened as she tried to come to a decision but since they hadn't made any attempt to come closer or speak to her she shifted her body so that she can both glance down at the river and see if the other cat moved. As another flash of scales happened she looked to see if she could judge the size, with the river like it was she had to make sure she took only what she could carry back across with her and it wouldn't weigh her down to much.

She looked on with amazement at how skilled this she cat was, especially since she barely knew anything about these sorts of things, hunting fish was mostly near the calmer parts of the river and even then it was a bit difficult she sat down and relaxed a bit as she watched silently. Maybe this could be a chance to extend some sort of olive branch?
Unsure on what to say she just sat there a bit awkwardly as she shifted her paws

Having presumably judged the size through the water she once again shifted her position slightly so she could attempt to catch the water dweller, though she was sure that this may be the last one before she had to bring her catch back to the other shore but maybe she could rest her catch under some large leaves and branches so that birds could not get to it and continue fishing back over here. At least then she would feel satisfied with the amount she took back to camp. The other cat now seemed to be watching her having sat down the other cat shifted their paws seemingly they did not know what to do, she once again looked down it would seem that this fish was having trouble moving through the water as much as any other animal that attempted it which made her smile a little sticking out once more she managed to graze the gills luckily she was moving backward's with her strict her clawed hooks managed to catch the edge of the fishes mouth allowing her to pull it to shore though not the best place to catch a fish because it allowed for them to bite back which is what this fish managed to do as it twisted its body snapping its powerful jaws around the she-cats paw making her hiss out in pain as she sunk her teeth into the opposing sharp-toothed vertebrate snapping its spine allowed for it to tighten its hold but once it was unable to move let Stormfade maneuver it so that she could start to pry open its mouth to release her paw.

"Ah!! A-are you okay?!"
She said in panic looking at the fish as its massive mouth had a hold on the she cats paw. She looked at the water with bit of fright but wanted to help as she slowly got herself into the water, luckily she had a good footing as she gently went closer, showing she meant no harm.

She looked at the approaching cat who seemed to have concern for the predicament she had gotten herself into, she began to move to the shore a little more where it was too shallow for the other fish to follow being careful to let the fish go with her teeth and have it caught by the current or its teeth might open her paw. Once she was sure that things were better she lay her paw half on the shore releasing the fish as well she breathed softly "I'll be alright so long as the fish isn't moved very much" as the she-cat reached near her she finally caught the scent that clung to the stranger's coat but was also able to see by the size of her belly that she was pregnant which in some cases can make one unpredictable. Though this time her guard may be up but she wasn't completely worried about being attacked. She examined the fish attached to her paw seeing where the lines of its mouth clung around her paw.
After a bit of looking at things she bent down towards the fish thankfully it had caught her in a way where its side was exposed when her paw straight down so she sunk her teeth into the crossed part at the back of its mouth pulling up trying to disconnect the pieces an odd sound could be heard. After a bit of tugging a small snap was heard and Stormfade felt the pressure around her paw lessen but not completely release she sighed as she caught her breath.

She watched the fish slowly but not fully come off her paw as she frowned at her predicament, then it was light her head just struck with an idea as she got closer and gently asked the she-cat for permission to act.
"I may have an idea, how about you hold the jaw open and I could pull?" She said as she looked back at the fish that still seemed to have the will to live despite its situation.

Her fur bristles slight as the fish attached to her paw put her in a difficult situation if she did have to defend herself but she slightly decided to trust them as their body did not show signs of being deceitful in their intentions and so with a small breath through her nose she shifted to sink her teeth into the top portion of the fish's jaw softly sliding her claws to hook the bottom she attempted to move her head and paw in opposite directions wondering if this might work. she noticed it loosed in the one side that she had broken the bones in she waited for the assistance of the other she-cat not wanting to deal with a sliced open paw if she could help it. As it would complicate getting back across the river so that she could go home and get it treated. She manages to look slightly at the white and orange molly as she breather awkwardly through her nose and mouth at the same time due to the way things were.

When the she cat approved of the idea she gently bit the fish's broken body and pulled it out not to fast as to cause more damage to her paw and soon enough the fish slid out with ease.

Once her paw was free the she-cat took a closer look at the Sunclan queen it made her worried that she was out and about on her own, especially so close to the border she knew none of her clanmates would harm the pregnant feline but would her own clan think she was passing off information? She would not put it past the cloud brains to come to such a conclusion so as a precaution she made sure that their pelts did not brush so her scent would not lay upon the others "What is a queen doing so close to the borders, not that I do not appreciate the help." she questioned her green eyes thought full as she pulled the last fish to now complete her pile of two knowing that it would be the amount that she could carry back though her paw was sore from the immense pressure of the fish's jaws hopefully she had not hurt it to badly. She pondered on why the other she-cat may be out and about but could not come up with a reason on her own and so she waited patiently for an answer as she looked down at her catch.

She squeaked a bit at her comment and stuttered a bit embarrassed of the question, honestly she didn't really expect this to go out well as things are now. She took a moment to think before answering
"Well, the thing is....I-I was looking for Moonclan members....I wanted to talk to you guys...about the umm...gathering...." She admits bashfully

The she-cats ears went back slightly as the queen mentioned her reasoning for being out here "I take it that your clan did not approve of the discussion or you did not tell them your intentions." she meowed thoughtfully as she thought about all the things that have happened lately she began to wonder how Sunclan had taken the news about those that had created their clans. She decided to wait a moment and sat down she didn't pull her tail in however allowing it to rest against the ground as she decided to talk this posture allowing for a quick escape if it was needed. Her smokey fur rippled in the small breeze that rippled across the water.

Amaris pondered for a moment and then sighed looking at the she-cat she seemed to be stone who would listen so she responded.
No cat truly knows my intentions, I mean I am still new to the feud between both clans. As someone who was an ex kittypet can bring me quite some difficulties. But when I heard about your, God's bringing forth some prophecy. I couldn'tjust sit there and do nothing...I wish ro help bring the clans togetherif not perfect ro make the first steps and offer an olive branch....
