»»——— Dawncreek ———«« A gentle drizzle descended upon the Moonclan camp, highlighted by the glow of the rising moon hanging low in the sky. The sun had only recently dipped below the horizon and one could tell that the camp was beginning to settle down for the night. The queens herded their kits into the nursery and settled their adventurous hearts for the day. Warriors and apprentices alike were sharing meals and lazying around the camp, their low murmurs bubbling into the air. Dawncreek had also taken this opportunity to relax and take in the beauty around him. The reddish silver tom found himself enjoying the dusting of drops on his long pelt, the feeling of his fur clinging heavily to his side somewhat pleasant. Dawn rolled onto his back and caught himself gazing up at the stars. It was intriguing, the rain seemed to only be coming from a singular cloud passing over the camp. The stars glittered above him, and in his gazing, he spotted a shooting star. Though seemingly uncommon, Dawncreek now made it his goal to see how many shooting stars he could see before he called it a night and headed to his nest. His tail twitched and thumped against the floor of the camp, his body language inviting to anyone who was curious about his doings, and maybe wanted to join in. “SPEECH”VIOLENCE He + Single + Bi + Moonclan Warrior + Template by viocrow

PANSYSTAR "Can't remember the last time I saw a shooting star," Pansystar commented as she approached the tom. She sat down beside him and curled her tail around herself. "I didn't think tonight would be this clear, given the rain." A soft smiled graced her maw as her eyes were fixated on the cold starry sky above. "It's surprisingly nice."
With the yearly flooding being over, Pansystar could feel more at ease with the rain. It was important to their environment, of course, but most times when she saw it, all she could think about was loosing some cat in those deadly waters. She imagined most MoonClanners felt a similar way.
"Oh, how have you been, Dawncreek? Did you settle into the warriors' den alright? I know it's quite different from the one in the southern camp." template created by sunni

A furry white chest flashed in the darkness, a signal that Shrikepaw was on the prowl. Generally she rubbed mud or dust over her bright chest fur when she was hunting, but for the moment she was at ease. Well, as at ease as one could be with rain spitting down on her ears. She sighed irritably, shaking her pelt out. Sure, she liked water fine, but it was different when the sky emptied the clouds upon her. I just hope its gone by morning. Hunting prey during a rainstorm was miserable business. The young apprentice noticed a pair of cats sat up in the rain, gazing up at the sky. Realizing that one of the cats was Pansystar, Shrikepaw tilted her head curiously. I suppose if our leader is interested, I should be too. The tabby apprentice padded over, ducking her head politely to the pair. "Hey there Pansystar, Dawncreek," she meowed, snatching the snippet of conversation that contained the other warrior's name for her greeting. Shrikepaw wasn't all that familiar with most of her clanmates just yet. She'd spent her kithood either escaping camp or being confined to her nest (in trouble for said escaping), and her apprenticehood had been similar.
From what she'd caught of Pansystar's words, the apprentice still wasn't quite sure what was happening. She didn't feel right sticking her muzzle in quite yet, deciding to wait for Dawncreek to respond to their leader. Guess I'll settle in. Trying extremely hard to avoid making a face as her paws squished into the rain-soaked ground, Shrikepaw sat, curling her tail neatly over her paws.
