Hi everyone! Our summer plot revolves around SunClan and MoonClan mending their relationship as they have spent so much of their history at war with eachother. The deities that created their lands have asked them to do this so that they may rejoin their creation. However, it's much easier said than done, and the Clans must decide how they will approach such a hefty task, if at all. So what's this thread for? Plotting out the event! This event and its outcomes are heavily influenced by roleplayer participation and character attitude, and it will be shaped by the choices players make throughout.Planned Events:- HP Gathering to discus the gathering

This is only a little suggestion but maybe certain cats in warrior clan who aren't as stubborn or prideful as some are could maybe ban together and maybe convince their leader to really think this carefully.
If not that they can have a secret allegiance to Moonclan and help try to make Sunclan see the right path, in general just basically a talk amongst those who agree that their ways need to change.

As opposed to adding trials maybe like a big storm washes over both sun and moon clan and they need to trust/work with each other to get through it or else it would lead to all of their demise?

I think a group of cats banding together - whether their Clans approve or not - would be fun! As for where my characters stand at the moment on the matter, | MoonClan | SunClan | | Foxlily: She’s honestly never been into tradition or even understood why they needed to fight so much, so she’s perfectly fine with the idea of trying to unite the Clans. Not that she particularly trusts SunClan, but they’re willing to put in the work and hopes that they can get the others onboard. | Rabbitblaze: Oh he is so upset about this turn of events. I honestly kind of think he’s in denial over the turn of events and is adamant that StarClan themselves would tell them whether or not any of this was true, and that this is somehow some sort of trick. He still thinks SunClan is best Clan. | | Daisyfire: Immensely upset, she’s likely been coming up with a list of demands SunClan would have to meet before she personally could be okay with heeding the warnings of the gods. Stubborn cat. However, she’s also watching Pansystar carefully and, if she can prove herself to him, Daisy will be willing to follow her lead on the matter. | Rookbriar: She has literally been like conspiring with Amaris to find a way to convince her Clanmates to make peace with MoonClan. A fresh mother of nearly 2 moons (!!!), she’d certainly like for the Clans to not wipe each other out of existence, or get wiped out by gods she’d never heard of. She’s too friendly to really hold a grudge against MoonClan anyway, and feels bad for stealing their territory. | | Lionshine: He is having a whole crisis - he’s been trying to follow the code as closely as possible and while he hasn’t approved of Pansystar, he’s been trying to follow her word because her word is the Code’s word. He’s starting to feel like his dedication has been a waste, but he’s still got that knee-jerk reaction of being opposed to SunClan. Right now, Lionshine will follow the lead of whoever has the strongest guiding force. | Honeypaw/flare: I feel like he’s sort of been waiting for this moment his whole life. That moment when he’d have an explanation beyond being the leader’s kit to explain why he’s always felt like he just couldn’t fall into line with Clan life. He is so immensely pro peace in this situation, he’s going to be dedicating himself to trying to get his family to be on the same level if they aren’t already. Also, if there is a band of cats allying in secret, I volunteer him to be at the founding. |

I like this idea a lot! group of cats acting against their leaders to try and keep peace! I'd also like to point out that the fighting isn't a just SunClan thing. MoonClan's more passive attitude is rather recent. Holy crap thank you for going so in depth! I am really glad to see the idea of cats working in secret to try and find a sollution super appealing, and Honey absolutely should be a founding member! I think that's especially cool bc it keeps with the theme of the newer generation not really understanding all of the fighting and wanting to be more peaceful |

While he's never going to directly defy the word of Beestar, if there's any wiggle room to resist peace efforts, Turtlefang would be at the forefront of that rebellion :x
Although he considers himself neutral on most dramatic developments, being "Sunclan" is such a big facet of his personal identity that he'd feel threatened by the idea of softening relations against Moonclan- because if there isn't a strong divide, then how could he consider either clan distinguishable from the other? Even more importantly, who would be there to feel superior to?
TLDR if Beestar doesn't personally develop any mediation with Moonclan, he's bound to be a thorn in their side and a very vocal enemy against any of his clanmates who see things differently. He's not immune to change, but fresh off the gathering, he is NOT in any mood to be playing nice. Maybe time (or persuasion) could change that </3

I thought about a full in depth look on Amaris side of things
Amaris though a bit scared that this may cause her to become an outcasts is willing to do what's best for her future kits, if anything if it comes to a point she would be banished at the end once clans have some sort of alliance she will be heartbroken but knowing her kits and any future offspring won't have to deal with all this tension would make her feel accomplished.
Not to mention she trusts Rookbrair a lot to care for her kits when that time must come.
Also would be heartbroken leaving Cloud'strike, starting to see her and possibly her sister as her own kits.
Featherstep is only a recent oc I have created but I shall try to give them a development.
Being young and wishing to protect his clan is what he wants to do, of course he will be hesitant to have an alliance with some of Sunclan but the reality that powerful entities are at their last breaking point is something he also considers if not as a huge sign.
Weather or not things will ever be the same again things must change to press forward
